CJ’s Off-Road Complex, LLC Rules and Regulations

CJ’s Off-Road Complex reserves the right to refuse entrance to any person and furthermore reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for any violating or attempted violation of the rules and regulations set forth herein.

Firearms, weapons, fireworks and explosives of any kind are not permitted on the premises of the complex.

NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON COMPLEX
(please put liquor in plastic bottles, any glass will be taken prior to entrance).

All drivers, passengers, mechanics, bystander, and spectators assume all risks of injury to themselves and acknowledge that off-road riding is an inherently dangerous activity.

No illegal or controlled substances are allowed on the property. All vehicles are subject to search by complex staff or security personnel hired by the complex.

Everyone that enters the complex will get a copy of the complex liability waiver rules and regulations and must sign a liability waiver each time they enter complex. This includes off-road vehicle passengers and spectators.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign a liability waiver in the presence of a staff member. If the parent or the legal guardian do not accompany the minor, the waiver form must be given to a staff member before entrance to the complex and it must be signed by the parents or legal guardian.

Helmets are required for all ATV and Dirt Bikes riders.

Orange safety flags at least four (4) feet in length must be affixed to all ATV’s.

All speed limit and one way traffic sign must be obeyed.

No passenger are not allowed on ATV’s or dirt bikes.

Seatbelts are recommended for all off-road vehicles, operators and passengers.

There shall be no loud music or operation of off-road vehicles, ATV’s or dirt bikes between the hours of
12:00am -7:00am

No off-road vehicle’s, ATV’s or Dirt Bikes are allowed to operate in the pits, course or trails after dusk and not prior to 7:00am

No off-road vehicle’s, ATV’s or Dirt Bikes are allowed to operate outside the pit, course or trail boundary lines.

No off-road vehicle’s, ATV’s or Dirt Bikes are allowed to enter any creeks or rivers ($500. per tire fine).

No reckless, excessive speeding, or dangerous driving is permitted.

No one shall operate an off-road vehicle, ATV or Dirt Bikes while in an intoxicated condition.

Stay within the boundaries of the complex. Do not enter any property not owned by the complex. Do not enter any posted areas that are not open to the complex. Please obey the Corp of Engineers signs.

Litter Laws are strictly enforced. Place litter in an appropriate trash receptacle or ‘Pack it in, Pack it out”

No public nudity, there are children present!

Failure to comply with park rules and safe operating procedures can result in your being temporarily or permanently banned from using the complex or participating in any future complex activity or event.

In case of an emergency, contact park staff. Ambulance and AirEvac services are provided by the complex.

CJ’S  SUMMER CAMPING RATES:

  • RV’s Sites with water, sewer disposal station and generator if needed: $15 per night

 

  • Designated Sites: Picnic tables, fire pits, lantern post $10 per night (2 tent maximum)

 

  • Parking Lot camping: ( no frills ) $5.00 per night (per vehicle)
